End User License Agreement
Acceptance & License Terms
By installing or using PolicyPix, you enter into this agreement with the publisher. Use of the app means you consent to these terms and also to the relevant platform’s (Apple or Google) service agreements.
PolicyPix grants you a limited, non-transferable license. Usage is permitted only as described in this agreement and the relevant store rules. Commercial use, reverse engineering, or sharing outside permitted organizational access is prohibited.
Subscriptions may be managed via the website and via organizational access codes. These codes are for licensed client or agent use only and may not be shared or sold. Licensor may revoke codes if misused.
Features, Workflows & Rights
PolicyPix offers distinct subscription tiers: IET, PLStarter, CLStarter, Professional, AgencyPlus, and Enterprise. Each tier provides different features related to personal lines, commercial lines, or hybrid workflows.
Photos must be captured in the prompted order (Front, Right, Rear, Left, then detail shots), with each user attesting to the accuracy of information submitted. Misrepresentation can result in termination and legal action.
All rights in PolicyPix remain with Licensor, except for user-submitted images, which are used for app services as outlined. Third-party content remains the property of its owner.
Data, Support & Termination
PolicyPix processes photos, geolocation, timestamps, and device data for submission processing. Refer to the app’s Privacy Policy for complete details.
Support and updates are provided solely by the Licensor. Apple or Google are not responsible for maintenance or data management.
You or the Licensor can terminate this agreement. Uninstalling or deleting the app will end your license. No refunds are issued unless required by law or the store policies.
